Phone conference to review pre-adoption medical information:

1 child: $175
2 children: $200
3 children: $250

Initial phone conference and email follow-up of monthly medical information for one Guatemalan child:

$250 ($50 per additional child)

Initial, pre-travel phone conference and then email evaluation of medical information sent from family traveling "blind" (having no child-specific information prior to traveling):

$250 ($50 per additional child)

If you choose to turn down a referral and request consultation for another child the same fees will apply again.
